These terms and conditions apply to all services and are effective from the time at which the
booking is made. From time to time I may amend our terms and conditions and I reserve the right to
do this at any time. We will provide you an updated copy if you are affected.
This agreement is made between 1. (“We”/ “us”/ “I”) Styleafter and 2. (“You”) as the customer.
Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, your (which we would do in writing) purchase of services
is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Booking your session:
When you book a session, this has to be done in writing via email and booking confirmation will also
be provided via email. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The final
balance is required before the session takes place and you will receive confirmation of receipt via
email.
Any additional hours outside of service package maximum hours will have to be agreed by each
party and payment will be also required for those hours.
Whats included in the initial consultation call:
This will be a pre-arrange call of up to 45 minutes which will discuss your goals and discuss next
steps to start your Personal Stylist journey. It will involve a discussion about your self, why you
would like to engage in a session and questions to help me understand what you would like to gain
from the session. I may request a picture of yourself and you may be asked to complete
questionnaires (for me to get to know your style personality for example). If you as the client, do not
provide what is asked for, this may impact on your personal stylist experience. Again all requests will
be sent via email. Additional time can be taken, which will be at an agreed hourly rate will of £40/hr.
You will be invoiced for this and payment would be required along with the deposit for the service
agreed before further sessions/services can commence. I will time check and advise accordingly.
Fees
Fees are specified in the services information and will be confirmed in writing.
Payments:
All payments are required via online banking. We are unable to process cash or cheque payments. A
non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance payable before
the date of the agreed personal stylist session. You will receive by email an outline of the service,
total price and how to pay.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
There may be situations where you need to reschedule. Please let me know ASAP so we can work
together to rearrange. Deposit is non-refundable. If less than 48 hours notice, you will incur an
additional cost of £40 which will be invoiced to you as the client.
In the unlikely event that I cannot make it as the personal stylist, I will inform you in writing and offer
you a reschedule or a full refund.
Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable unless we have made a written agreement with you otherwise. In
the unlikely event I have to cancel and you do not want to reschedule, I can offer a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: An additional charge is incurred for every 30 mins over session times specified at the
pro-rater rate of £40/hr. However, this would be discussed prior to any additional charge being
incurred.
I operate in the Bristol area primarily. Any additional travel outside of 25 miles (each way) of my
residence would incur a travel charge which would be discussed at the point of booking within the
consultation session.
Your protection matters:
All correspondence about services will be made via email. Personal details are used purely for the
purpose of liaising with you and for the time in which we are working together.
Your details will not be passed on to any other 3 rd parties unless with written agreement. You may be
asked whether I could use any pictures or reviews you give for social media, style after promotions,
and on the Styleafter website, but again, express permission will be asked via email and written
agreement would be required. I will also keep personal details for future engagement. If you do not
wish for information to be kept after working with me, I require written confirmation of this.
You, the client, acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts
as well as other external factors. Styleafter does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is
not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the
services of Styleafter
If at any point you are not happy with the service given, please contact me at
Styleafter.info@gmail.com. I take all feedback seriously and that is how I grow and learn as a stylist.
This also means I have the opportunity to rectify the matter with you where I can.
Styleafter reserves the right to make amendments to bookings at any time where necessary, where
it is in the best interests of you, the client, or for the protection and safety of me, as the stylist.
